Casa Blas is perfect for 10 to 12 people, including the Annex, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
This magnificent 17th-century stone farmhouse is located in the village of Banastón Usana, near Aínsa. The imposing front door of Casa Blas is reached after passing a small chapel and crossing a vaulted passage, one of the longest of its kind in the region.
During its restoration, great respect was given to preserving the original structure and noble materials. Traditional features such as recesses, windows, doors, and wrought ironwork have been maintained, blending with simple, rustic décor.
The entrance hall, with its vaulted stone ceiling and numerous agricultural artifacts adorning its walls, immediately immerses guests in a rustic ambiance.
The first floor features a spacious living and dining room with a beautiful baked earth floor and a balcony, a small well-equipped kitchen, and an authentic traditional Aragonese kitchen with a fireplace, cadiera (bench), and foldable table, offering guests a taste of the past. Two charming bedrooms complete this level.
The second floor provides a long corridor leading to four more bedrooms, a separate bathroom, a laundry room, and a terrace. The terrace is an ideal spot to enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the Mediano Lake and the church of the neighboring village. The thick stone walls ensure a comfortable temperature in summer, while central heating provides warmth in winter.
Casa Blas is located in the same village as Casa Nº 7, La Era, and the Annex.
