The house is perfect for 9 people, for families or a group of friends.
The Abadía has been lovingly restored retaining the original structure and materials, and decorated with good taste using period furniture.
A solid oak door leads into the entrance hall, where the central feature, a stone staircase leads up to the second level. On the ground floor, the former stable and bodega have been respectively transformed into a beautiful living dining room and a kitchen with an original Aragonese table. Both rooms have vaulted stone ceilings as well as stone floors and walls. This floor also houses a comfortable twin room and separate toilet.
On the top level, one rustic stone double bedroom with balcony, perfect for enjoying morning breakfast, looks onto the village square. A second bedroom looks onto the front garden. The remaining double room is accessed via the large former dining room, whose floor tiles were reclaimed from a former monastery. The original historical kitchen with fireplace adjoins the dining room.
Guests can enjoy the garden with its aromatic plants and north facing summer terrace with stone table and benches.
The house is heated by central heating in winter, while in summer its wide stone walls assure a temperate interior temperature.

We recommend exploring the village on foot to fully appreciate its vaulted passageways, the various houses showcasing the area’s traditional architecture, and the Church of the Assumption (16th century), which boasts the tallest tower in the region.
From the main square, you can take the path up to the Hermitage of San Miguel, where a breathtaking view awaits, or follow the Mesón road down to the Mediano reservoir for a scenic stroll.
For a truly unique experience, head to the aerodrome on the shores of the reservoir, where you can take to the skies in a gyrocopter and enjoy spectacular bird’s-eye views of the Pyrenees.
As you make your way to Aínsa, you’ll pass through the picturesque, lovingly restored village of Morillo de Tou—an ideal stop for a delicious meal at Restaurante Casa Cuello.
And once you reach Aínsa, you’ll find everything you need to make your visit even more enjoyable.
