GENERAL RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

At StayPyrenees, we aim to make renting a holiday home in Sobrarbe, Aragón as smooth as possible. As intermediaries between property owners and guests, we strive to assist with any issues that may arise before or during your stay. To ensure clarity and protect everyone involved, the following terms and conditions apply.

The Rental

1. The rental price includes hot and cold running water and electricity.
2. Some properties allow extra guests for an additional fee. Please check with us for details.
3. The number of occupants must not exceed the agreed limit. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
4. This agreement is for holiday accommodation only and does not grant any additional rights to the property.
5. Peak season: Christmas, Easter, long weekends, and June to September. Low season: all other times of the year.

Booking & Deposit

1. To confirm a booking, a 25% deposit of the total amount must be paid. The remaining balance is due on arrival. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. A booking is only confirmed once StayPyrenees sends a confirmation.
3. Refundable deposit: A €150 hold will be placed on your card. If no issues are found at check-out, the amount will be released the same day.

Cancellations

1. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
2. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund.
3. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: No refund. However, if the property is rebooked, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Property Use

1. Check-in & Check-out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Special requests may be accommodated upon request.
2. Guest Responsibilities:
   a. Treat the property with care and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning or repair costs may be charged if necessary.
   b. Report any damage immediately so it can be addressed. Any damage caused by guests will be deducted from the deposit.
   c. Pets are only allowed with prior approval. 
   d. Please respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise.

Liability

1. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. StayPyrenees is not liable for loss or damage unless due to direct negligence. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
2. Storing or handling hazardous materials on the property is strictly prohibited.
3. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage to persons or property caused during their stay.
4. StayPyrenees is not responsible for temporary failures of utilities, services, or equipment.
5. We are also not liable for any loss or damage due to weather, disturbances, strikes, or other external factors.
6. If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded within two weeks.
7. Vehicle security and their contents are not guaranteed.
8. StayPyrenees is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
9. In cases of force majeure, StayPyrenees reserves the right to postpone or cancel bookings and will notify guests as early as possible.

Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
