This traditional stone mountain barn is set in the Pineta Valley, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from Bielsa and the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. Perfect for enjoying the Aragonese Pyrenees whatever the season.
The barn is located just off the road between the reservoir and el Cornato recreational area. The property sits on its own grounds with stunning views of the mountains.
On the ground floor, the living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and armchairs, and a wood-burning stove—ideal for relaxing after a hike or a day in the snow. The kitchen is spacious and practical, There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two attic-style bedrooms: one with a 180 cm double bed and another with two 90 cm single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower.
The windows have wooden roller shutters, which let in soft light while keeping the barn warm and cozy.
The barn has a septic system, so strictly no flushing non-biodegradable products.
Thanks to its location—in nature but directly accessible by road—the barn is an excellent base for exploring Pineta Valley, the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, and the high peaks of the Aragonese Pyrenees.

The Pineta Valley is perfect for enjoying the mountains, starting right from the barn. Just next door is the Cornato trail, a flat, accessible walk through beech forests along the Cinca river.
From the barn, you can follow the road to the end of the valley, where you’ll find routes like the hike to Llanos del Larri or to the Cinca waterfalls. It’s worth stopping for a refreshment at the Parador Nacional. It’s terrace has stunning views of the Pineta Cirque and the Monte Perdido massif.
You can also visit nearby villages such as Espierba, Bielsa, Javierre, Chisagüés, or Parzán, with their traditional Pyrenean architecture. In Bielsa, the ethnographic museum provides an insight into traditional valley life.
In winter, enjoy snowshoeing or Nordic skiing in the Pineta nordic area, or alpine skiing at Piau Engaly, about a 45-minute drive.
Up-to-date information on local trails and activities is available at both the National Park office and at the tourist office, located in Bielsa’s main square.
